firstly go and download any one of the above the install it and then open it
set the settings below
Proxy type: Dual real host
proxy server: ping.blackberry.com
Real proxy type : HTTP
then save
go to option
host address : 10.199.212.2
port :8080
return back and connect
But i am Advicing you if you want to download large file use psiphon or sypon its more speed than openvpn
